Internship Strategy & Execution (m/f/d)

OVERVIEW: Our company is growing dynamically and is in a phase of transformation, where we are further developing structures, optimizing processes, and exploring new growth opportunities. To actively shape this change and drive our expansion, we are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, the Founders Associate, and various teams, taking on cross-departmental tasks and driving strategic initiatives forward. Your contribution will ensure that key projects are implemented efficiently and that our growth is built on a solid foundation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation. - Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency. - Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations. OUR INTERVIEW PLAN: - Application - Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. - Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions. - Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role. - On‑site visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
