As an IT apprentice at ORCA Service Technologies (OST), you will be challenged with a diverse set of responsibilities including IT support and understanding user’s issues. IT Support Apprentice Key Responsibilities: Responsible for IT support activities (categorising, prioritising, and solving tickets) Support senior and junior developers on ground-breaking projects and cutting-edge development activities Working closely with customers to scope incoming project requests Understand OST’s organisational systems to develop and support customers Responsible for customer contact and project ownership around your development works You will be joining a dynamic team with ranging sets of experience levels: from junior interns to seasoned professionals with more than 20 years’ experience. If you are a team player, have basic IT knowledge, like a high paced working environment and are looking for an opportunity to learn more about information technology then this is the opportunity for you.
