About the Role As our IT Support Specialist, you will be the person who keeps everyday work at Tylko running smoothly – from laptops and meeting rooms to SaaS access and onboarding. You'll join our IT Support team and own the workplace experience of every employee by providing reliable first and second line support. Your mission goes beyond closing tickets. You'll spot recurring issues, document solutions and help users solve more on their own – building strong IT foundations and growing towards automation and AI-driven work. What You’ll Do You'll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will: Provide L1 and L2 support for hardware, software and network issues across Windows and macOS Manage user accounts, licences and permissions in Google Workspace, Atlassian and Slack Own the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees, from hardware set-up to secure access removal Maintain office infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN, printers and AV equipment in meeting rooms Manage the device lifecycle and keep IT asset records up to date Document recurring cases and build runbooks and how-to guides for users Apply security policies for accounts, devices and access in your everyday work Spot recurring issues and propose ways to simplify or eliminate them Perks & Benefits One Extra Day Off every month – because balance matters Private healthcare – take care of yourself, not just your inbox Sports card – move, sweat, repeat Tylko discount – design your dream home, at a dream price Regular team get-togethers – we're serious about our memes and our integration events Dog-friendly office – four-legged coworkers welcome Best-in-class AI tools and time to master them – a modern, full AI stack, and real space to learn it; we invest in your fluency, not just your inbox What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in an L1/L2 technical support role Hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS and networks (VPN, Wi-Fi) Administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence and Slack Experience supporting office equipment, including printers and AV systems Experience in technical on/offboarding and hardware lifecycle management Ability to write clear documentation and step-by-step instructions Regular use of AI tools in your own day-to-day work Fluent Polish and good command of English Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week Nice to have: Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python) First experiments with Zapier, Make or n8n ITIL Foundation or Google Workspace Administrator certification Your own side projects, such as a homelab, scripts or AI workflows Interest in IT security Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations And last but not least, we're looking for someone who is: A natural problem solver who diagnoses issues logically Patient and clear when explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues Ready to take ownership and follow through until the problem is truly solved Curious and quick to learn new tools independently Team-oriented and ego-free, happy to share knowledge and ask for help Ready to Design the Future with Us?
