Role As a Junior AI & Data Strategist, you will support Visium’s strategy team to provide tactical recommendations to its clients, with the greatest degree of excellence. As such, you will create and deploy outstanding Data & AI strategies by being part of our daily client consulting projects. You will engage with and meet our clients as you progress through our 6-month program. Your responsibilities will include: Assist in developing and implementing data and AI strategies for clients. Research emerging data and AI trends and provide insights to the team. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving business processes using data and AI. Help analyze data sets and create visualizations to communicate findings to clients. Assist in creating client-facing reports and presentations to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations. Develop strategic recommendations for both Visium and its clients with thorough argumentation. Liaise with the different internal departments of Visium. Requirements Bachelor (or Master) from ESADE Business School. No previous experience is required (past internship(s) preferred, preferably in consulting or financial services). Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills. Meticulously organized and prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude. Exceptional communication skills, a curious mindset, and an outgoing personality. Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus (Spanish, French, German).
