ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Education Community Manager, your mission is not just to organize single events or campaigns, but to create a system of long-term collaboration with universities and student communities. You’ll be responsible for turning first contacts into sustainable partnerships, building trust with academic institutions, and making Solidgate a constant presence in the student ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Building strong, long-term partnerships with top universities and student organizations - Representing Solidgate at career fairs, hackathons, olympiads, and other student initiatives - Launching and organizing our own student events - Overseeing the operational backbone of all activities, ensuring every project is executed at a high standard YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE - Bachelor’s in Management, Sociology, Communications, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress) - Excellent organizational and communication skills — you are a real networker - English proficiency at B1+ level or higher - Proactive mindset and passion for working with students - Experience in event organization or student activities will be a plus WHY SOLIDGATE? - Big mission: we’re reshaping the future of payments for global businesses, and we want the brightest students to shape it with us - Ownership culture: initiative comes first.
