Junior Fullstack Developer (React and NodeJS) - Hybrid Work Type

About project:  We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer (React and NodeJS) for our international client who delivers innovative digital transformation solutions for the insurance and financial services industry. By combining artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and modern cloud technologies, the organization helps businesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and create seamless customer experiences. The company operates across multiple global markets and is committed to driving innovation through scalable, data-driven platforms. Responsibilities: As Junior Fullstack Developer you will be building and maintaining the broker core platform across the full stack, and forming part of the permanent core that supports and extends it after go-live; You will be creating model and query data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL; You will be writing test, secure, and review code to the team’s standard; You will be supporting integration and migration workstreams as needed; After go-live, you will be handling production fixes and enhancements. You will be part of the cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into production support and operational ownership; You will be collaborating with the requirements team and business stakeholders, gaining a clear understanding of scope, priorities, and functional expectations for development work;  Other‌ ‌ related‌ ‌ duties‌ ‌ which‌ ‌ may‌ ‌ be‌ ‌ assigned‌ ‌ by‌ ‌ immediate‌ ‌ superior‌‌. Requirements: 1+ year of experience with React + Node JS with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL; Has basic experience in testing, git workflow and secure-coding habits; Familiarity with AWS to ensure being able to work across the stack independently; Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition; Above-average communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments; Good oral and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in documentation and stakeholder interactions. We offer: Salary for work amounting to ₱ 25,000 to 30,000; Monthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000; ₱3,600 de minimis monthly non-taxable allowance; HMO coverage from day 1 for you and 1 dependent; Equipment provided; Optical coverage; Year-end leave monetization; Gym subscription; Monthly supply of coffee!
