We’re trusted by 20/30 Top Global PE Funds by AUM & 18/20 Top Global Strategy Consultants - Bootstrapped and profitable - $25M+ in revenue after growing 10x last year - 70+ people across the company - 25-person engineering team - Join as our third Applied AI hire! 💡 Role Description As one of our first AI/ML hires, you'll have the unique opportunity to: - Move quickly from research to production - Freedom to experiment with new approaches and stay current with the latest research. - Raise the quality bar for AI systems used by the world’s leading PE/Consulting firms. - Collaborate closely with our customers and shape the product direction Sample set of projects - State-of-the-art transcription using ensembles of frontier models. - Voice agent for market research interviews that identifies gaps, knows where to probe, and develops new hypotheses. - Self-improving AI systems where product usage feeds back into evaluations and optimization. - Agentic entity-resolution system that combines in-app and web context to resolve mistranscribed company names and aliases 🔥 ABOUT YOU We're looking for product-minded AI/ML engineers who: - Based in NYC - Are opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions - Have strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role - Are able to break down AI/ML problems for a non-technical audience clearly and succinctly, and translate their suggestions into testable experiments. - Have experience building LLM systems from the ground up in a product-focused organization, and can help drive everything from data gathering / logging → prompt optimizing - Have a strong bias to action, highly organised and experienced working with senior stakeholders to deliver large projects end to end - Excited to build a team 🌵 BENEFITS - Private health insurance - Equinox gym membership - 401k match - Dinner provided when working late - Team lunch provided every day at the office - Bi-annual international off-sites, recently including Crete and Cancún 📩 HOW TO APPLY If you’re excited to drive innovation at Junior, we’d love to hear from you!
