Job Description
Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Lead IT Business Analyst (Agile) in Netcompany?  
Joining us as a Lead IT Business Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects/products for the growing EU and Public Sector business units of Netcompany.  
Our focus is on leveraging technology to create efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric solutions that align with our sustainability goals and contribute to a better society.  
As a Lead IT Business Analyst  you will: 
Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation
Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities
Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree and certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) are highly desirable
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale software implementation projects within EU or public sector
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with Agile methodologies, BPMN, and Business Rules Management
