Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: Lead Videographer/Head of Production About the Role The ANT1 Digital team is looking for a Lead Videographer / Head of Production to drive our video content strategy and direct high-impact digital productions. Job Description Lead end-to-end video production, from creative brainstorming and storyboarding to directing on-set and supervising post-production. Direct camera crews, lighting setups, and talent to ensure top-tier visual and narrative quality. Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and digital editors to deliver engaging multi-platform content. Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and quality control across all video projects. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Director, Lead Videographer, or Senior Producer in digital media or agency environments. Advanced expertise in camera operation, lighting design, audio capture, and visual composition. Strong leadership, project management, and team-building capabilities. In-depth understanding of digital platform algorithms, content performance, and current video trends. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
