As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you'll:
Empower the Next Generation: Provide supervision to associate-level therapists helping students navigate anxiety, depression, and stress
Witness Tangible Outcomes: Be part of a program where 81% of students show improvement on standardized mental health scales

Your Role as a Supervising Clinician (LMHC)
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Active, independent clinical license in North Carolina as an LMHC (required — we are only able to accept LMHC supervisors at this time; other license types, including psychologists, cannot be considered for this role)
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Strong communication and organizational skills
Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages
Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities
Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions
Active NPI number and CAQH profile
