Logistics Coordinator

In this role, you will: Perform physical inventory count (SO/stock opname) and keep quality standards high for audits; Provide assistance to other staffs in the department during lulls in your day; Assist in creating invoices; Interact and be the Point-of-Contact (POC) with third-party logistics service providers (vendors and forwarders); Assist in order execution Making sure that the company complies with Indonesian export and import laws; Proactive communication within the team and department and escalating any problems arises. Keeping track of shipment packing, transportation mode, cost of shipment, arrival time and other important factors in the shipping process.
