Manager Sales Operations & Strategy

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Role Summary: We are looking for a results-driven sales performance professional to monitor KPI-based performance, ensure SOP compliance, and lead data-driven initiatives that optimize key account growth and engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute impactful campaigns, deliver insightful performance reporting, and build strong relationships with strategic stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and visibility nationwide. What's On Your Plate: Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven. Ensure SOP compliance by the sales team and optimize SOP based on practical learnings from sales, logistics, finance, and training. Define projects that will optimize key accounts' performance, and ensure their engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews so that Key Accounts have full visibility of their performance across the country. Collaborate in the execution of regional campaigns that both impact branding and sales performance. Create weekly/monthly performance reports, to track and execut KPIs and SOPs to measure team’s performance. Roll out reports for the sales team to manage sales performance. Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders of our strategic partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field. 5+ years of BI/analytics with exposure to sales. Highly analytical & numbers-driven: cohorts costs/resource allocations and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex relationships. Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scopes and tasks. Passionate about sales: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding. Product sales expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels. Has excellent organizational and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.
