Manager, Strategy & Partnership Operations

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description We are hiring a Manager, Strategy & Partnership Operations to join the Strategic Partnerships team at Delivery Hero APAC. This is a role for someone who thinks structurally about problems, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants to operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, cross-market execution and business outcomes. You will work on partnerships that span our 15 DH markets , from shaping the regional partnership strategy, to building operating frameworks that help market teams execute faster, to running the analytics behind the biggest partnership decisions. What you will do Build and refine the partnership strategy for all markets , which partner categories matter, which markets to prioritise, where to invest, what to deprioritise Design operating frameworks and playbooks that help country teams execute consistently and at pace Lead the analytics behind partnership decisions , pipeline sizing, incrementality modelling, ROI frameworks, scenario analysis Partner with cross-functional leaders (growth, product, finance, legal) to unblock execution and resolve bottlenecks Represent Strategic Partnerships in regional leadership forums , bringing structured thinking and data-backed recommendations Qualifications What we are looking for 4-7 years of experience in strategy, strategy & operations, management consulting, chief-of-staff or similar structured problem-solving roles , ideally with some consumer / tech / fintech exposure Strong analytical and modelling skills , comfortable building a business case in Excel from first principles Ability to think structurally and communicate crisply , you can take a messy problem, break it down, and land a recommendation that leadership can act on Experience operating across markets or functions is a plus — this role is inherently cross-functional A doer, not just a planner , this role has execution ownership, not just strategy ownership Company Description foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
