As a Market Analyst, Sports you will handle the exceptions the machines cannot such as ambiguous events, conflicting sources, unusual outcomes and anything that could reach a customer before it is right. What you will own Work the match-day exceptions queue, including unmapped teams, moved events, duplicate listings and feed failures. Monitor live markets so they open and close on time and do not remain open after an event starts. Draft outcomes for approval when a result requires human interpretation, attaching clear reasoning and sources. Review shipped markets from a user’s perspective and flag errors before they become incidents. Turn recurring exceptions into clear tooling tickets for operations engineers. What you bring Exceptional attention to detail and comfort making precise decisions under time pressure. Experience in trading, sportsbook or exchange operations during evenings and weekends. Strong knowledge of football and tennis calendars; expertise in another major sport is an advantage. Confidence in queue-driven tools and concise operational writing. Fluent English; additional languages or strong knowledge of major US sports are advantages.
