Marketing Administration Executive

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Executive Job Description This is a hybrid role where you will work in the office 2 days a week. As a Marketing Administration Executive , you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of marketing operations across France, Spain and Portugal. Reporting to the Head of Southwestern Europe , you will be part of the Southwestern Europe Marketing Team, and will act as the backbone of the regional marketing team. You will coordinate key administrative processes, manage budgets and supplier payments, support compliance requirements, and ensure that you deliver marketing activity efficiently and in line with internal processes. Salary range for this role, based on experience level is 21,000 - 23,000 Euros This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced international marketing team, where you'll gain exposure to a broad range of marketing activities and collaborate with colleagues across multiple functions and markets. You Will: Manage marketing contracts, purchase orders and supplier onboarding, ensuring you complete approvals and keep records up to date. Process and track invoices, working with suppliers, Finance and other teams to resolve queries and support timely payments. Maintain budget trackers, reconciliations and spend reporting, providing visibility of marketing budgets and commitments. Coordinate compliance requirements across France, Spain and Portugal, collecting and submitting information accurately and on time. Provide operational support to the regional marketing team, managing documentation, processes, stakeholder communication and day-to-day marketing operations. Qualifications You Have: Strong attention to detail Previous administration experience supporting a marketing, commercial, finance or procurement team Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep records up to date Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Comfortable following processes, managing approvals and escalating issues when needed Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to suggest improvements and support changing priorities Additional Information Benefits At Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire you.
