SHIELD is a device-first fraud intelligence platform that helps digital businesses worldwide eliminate fake accounts and stop all fraudulent activity.
Powered by SHIELD AI, we identify the root of fraud with the global standard for device identification (SHIELD Device ID) and actionable fraud intelligence, empowering businesses to stay ahead of new and unknown fraud threats.
We are trusted by global unicorns like Unico, inDrive, Deliveroo, Alibaba, Meesho, TrueMoney, and more. With offices in Los Angeles, London, Sao Paulo, Jakarta, Bengaluru, Beijing, and Singapore, we are rapidly achieving our mission - eliminating unfairness to enable trust for the world.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for writing, storytelling, and technology. In this role, you will create compelling content, translate complex technology topics into engaging narratives, and gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and digital trust.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer who is curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Beyond content creation, there will be opportunities to learn and contribute across product marketing, events, digital marketing, public relations, and other areas of B2B marketing.
Write and develop a wide range of content, including client case studies, blog articles, website copy, fact sheets, white papers, press releases, email campaigns, presentation decks, award submissions, and other marketing collateral.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and customer engagements, including content development, event collateral, communications, and logistics coordination.
Develop content that supports website initiatives, SEO efforts, lead generation campaigns, and audience engagement.
Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Requirements
Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
A flair for storytelling and the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a 'can-do' attitude.
Prior experience in content writing, communications, or marketing is a plus.
