You will have the opportunity to directly impact customer experience through work on software products that enable feature rich hardware to shine.  If you have a passion for people management and mentorship, working with systems involving software/firmware/hardware, and switching between multiple software languages and paradigms, we’d like to hear from you. If you seek a place to shine with no artificial barriers apply now!  Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of talented Software Engineers, supporting their execution, growth, and career development Gather and drive clarity on software requirements from diverse groups including customers, application engineers, hardware, and firmware engineers  Provide technical leadership and contribute hands‑on when needed to offload the team Drive execution, resource planning, and prioritization in a fast-paced and evolving environment Remove blockers, improve processes, and champion the team across the organization Qualifications Required Qualifications and Skills: 12+ years of software engineering work experience, including 2+ years of experience managing a team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field Proficient programming skills in Java/Kotlin and Python Solid understanding of software systems and development practices using CI/CD Proficient in Generative and Agentic AI technologies Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communications skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with JavaFX or GUI development very strongly preferred Experience with basic electronics, microcontroller programming and bus communications strongly preferred Experience with DevOps including JIRA, GitLab, and Confluence preferred.
