About the project: Our customer is a full quote-to-cash ERP/PSA used by field service companies (system integrators) that install and maintain physical equipment - AV systems, security cameras, fire alarms, HVAC. The platform covers several modules. It is sold as an all-or-nothing product today - no modular subscriptions. Responsibilities: Develop robust test conditions, cases, scripts, and data in line with agreed quality standards to ensure high detection of non-conformance. Execute test cases as specified by the Test Plan using appropriate testing tools. Record detailed test evidence and actual results against expected outcomes, maintaining records for future reference. Identify, document, and track bugs/defects in accordance with Defect Management procedures through to resolution. Report progress, risks, and unresolved issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop test cases and work with the development team to structure and plan test execution. Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents Act as an advocate for the quality assurance team, ensuring correct QA processes are followed through strong collaboration and negotiation. Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Requirements: 3+ years of commercial experience in Web and backend manual testing. Solid understanding of QA theory, methodologies, and SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)ю Experience using and managing Test Management Systems (TMS) such as Qase or TestRail .
