Employment: Fixed Term Contract Workplace: Onsite Job location: Varanasi About the role: We are seeking a motivated admin resource to join our team on 3rd party roll(contractual). The person owns end-to-end accountability for the Varanasi Office. What you will be expected to do Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors. Ensure the pantry is clean, hygienic and well-maintained at all times. Monitor pantry supplies, maintain stock levels and inform the Admin team about replenishment requirements. Ensure crockery, utensils and pantry equipment are cleaned and maintained properly. Assist with serving refreshments during meetings, conferences and employee gatherings. Assist basic office-related tasks as assigned by the Admin team. Maintain cleanliness of the pantry & washroom, cafeteria and designated common areas. Follow proper hygiene and food-handling practices. Provide courteous and prompt service to employees, visitors and senior management. Ensure guests are welcomed and offered refreshments. You might be a strong candidate if you have/are Good written and verbal communication skills. 0 - 02 years experience as Office/Pantry work Language proficiency in Hindi.
