From the moment a product is born until it's market ready, Complir runs the compliance lifecycle: assessing what applies, generating what's required, and explaining what to do next. We're a Danish startup founded in late 2024, backed by leading investors and selected for Y Combinator (Spring 2026). We're a small team moving fast in a market being reshaped by regulations like the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, and REACH. If you're exceptional at what you do, whether that's engineering, AI/ML, product, compliance and regulatory affairs, sales, or something we haven't thought of yet, we want to hear from you. Early-stage means no playbook. - You care about the problem: compliance is the unglamorous backbone of commerce, and we think fixing it is a big deal.
