OpenRGS Commercial Assistant

Employment: Full-Time Minimum experience: Entry-level Hacksaw Gaming is an award-winning online gaming provider creating innovative and engaging scratch cards, slots and instant-win games that deliver unique experiences to players worldwide. As we are growing our OpenRGS/Ventures department, we are now looking for an organised and driven  OpenRGS Commercial Assistant to join the team in our Malta office where you will work closely with the VP of Hacksaw Ventures to support the growth of the vertical. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage incoming enquiries across digital platforms; Act as the first point of contact for communications with new studio and partners; Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including contacts, deal stages and next steps; Assist with NDAs, contracts and onboarding documents with Legal, Compliance and Finance; Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure conclusion of pending tasks; Monitor industry news, events and competitor activity; Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals and reports as required; Prepare meeting materials in advance and record minutes and action points Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, commercial or business support role; Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks; Good with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with CRM tools is considered an asset Please note this is an office based role.
