About the role
We are looking for an Operations Lead to run large-scale egocentric video annotation programs. You will own workforce planning, daily production, freelancer management, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage a workforce of **100+ annotators, reviewers, and team leads**, including freelancers.
Own sourcing support, onboarding, training coordination, scheduling, task allocation, and performance management.
Build capacity and production plans; track productivity, utilization, turnaround time, and delivery against targets.
Coordinate annotation and QC workflows, resolve operational blockers, and manage rework.
Maintain SOPs, production trackers, and client-ready progress reports.
Partner with product and tooling teams to improve task assignment, review queues, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience managing a **100+ person annotation workforce**, including distributed freelancers.
Direct experience with industrial video, robotics, or Physical AI datasets is mandatory.**
Working knowledge of egocentric video annotation, chunking, temporal action segmentation, action labels, keypoints, and natural language descriptions.
Strong skills in workforce planning, delivery management, reporting, escalation handling, and stakeholder communication.
Comfortable with annotation platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured data outputs.
