About the role
Creating new supplier accounts in our ERP system.
Sending new account confirmations to new suppliers.
Maintaining and update supplier master data within the ERP system.
Collaborate with internal Procurement and Supplier Management to resolve missing data issues.
Confidently contact suppliers directly for information as part of our diligence process.
Liaise with our technical colleagues if issues arise.
Following P2P policies, procedures and best practice to ensure compliance.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience working within a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger environment.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion P2P processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
