Join Finni South New Mexico as an ABA Behavior Technician! Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25-$28/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday with availability within 8 AM-6 PM Locations: In Home, Clinic, School / Santa Fe, NM Paid training! Who are we at Finni Health - South NM? As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home. What You'll Need - Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field - Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs - Reliable Transportation - Active CPR certification (Preferred) - RBT certification preferred but not required! Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time - Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time License/Certification: - CPR Certification (Required) - RBT certification Preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers Work Location: In person #IndeedHires2026
