Paint Correction Detailer

We’re looking for a hands-on and quality-driven Paint Correction Detailer to join the Carma team! In this role, you’ll help bring every vehicle back to its shine through thorough detailing, paint correction , and ceramic coating work. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that takes pride in delivering vehicles that look and feel amazing for our customers. What you'll be doing? Ceramic coating & paint correction: apply ceramic coatings and perform paint correction (compounding, polishing, waxing) to achieve an exceptional finish. Master exterior correction: execute advanced heavy cut, buffing, multi-stage polishing, wet sanding, and paint touch-ups to eliminate scratches, swirls, and defects. Inspect & diagnose: accurately evaluate paint imperfections and clear coat types to select the exact right correction process for every panel. Drive shop quality: polish panels to the Carma standard, auditing your own work and offering constructive feedback to teammates to catch missed defects early. Okay, let’s talk about you: You have previous Detailing experience cutting, buffing, polishing, paint correcting (even if that’s working on your own cars) You have a keen eye for detail – we love a perfectionist! You are motivated to learn and grow your skills You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work You hold a valid NSW driver’s licence What's in it for you?
