You will be working with our Partner teams in driving growth to our global business and ensuring continued success of our diverse Partner network. This team is part of the Care department at the company and the position is based in Berlin. Note that this position is to cover for a maternity leave and ends on April 1st 2028. Your mission Support GetYourGuide’s key Partners, including Content Creators and Travel Agents, by efficiently resolving inquiries regarding payments, bookings, accounts, and technical support Contribute to achieving the team’s targets and meet individual KPIs Work closely with internal stakeholders from Finance, Marketing, Growth and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve Partner related issues and challenges Handle other recurring tasks in the Partner space to optimize GYG and Partner interests Proactively identify and communicate challenges and opportunities Contribute to incremental improvements and execute predefined innovative tasks Learn how new ideas (including AI and other emerging tools) are applied in practice to improve efficiency, quality, speed, or Partner outcomes Participate actively in team rituals and flag opportunities to improve ways of working Give and receive feedback openly and respectfully Support peers and be willing to try new approaches Works well with your team and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration Your toolkit 2-4 years of prior work experience You thrive in a task and process led atmosphere You have a KPI-driven work mentality You are personable, approachable and collaborative You are a talented communicator (both written and verbal) You enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with Jira, Google Suite, CRM and AI tools like Claude CoWork You are a self-starter and you enjoy solving problems and improving processes You understand why customer centricity is core to our business needs and are able to apply this while communicating with our Partners You understand the value of effective time management and prioritization in day-to-day tasks Travel, Tour & Activity industry experience is a plus You are fluent in written and spoken English and one additional European language (preference for German or French) How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
