The posting, as the company wrote it
Validio is the agentic data management platform that automates data quality, lineage, and cataloging — so enterprises can finally trust the data behind their analytics, AI, and reporting. As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling our partner ecosystem at a pivotal point in our journey. This role will serve as the lead for cultivating strategic relationships with new and existing technology partners, system integrators and consulting firms.
This is a highly strategic, outward-facing role where you’ll act as the glue between Validio’s go-to-market teams and our broader ecosystem. You’ll establish our better-together-stories, drive partner-sourced pipeline, drive co-sell motions, and strengthen our presence in key enterprise verticals.
What you'll do
- Own strategic partner relationships (systems integrators, consulting firms, and ISVs) as primary point of contact, from agreement negotiation (OEM, reseller, technical integration, with Product/Engineering) through day-to-day coordination
- Drive partner GTM and enablement: joint campaigns, co-branded content, and events with marketing, backed by training, certification, and playbooks that make partners effective sellers
- Manage Validio's presence on cloud marketplaces, from listing and positioning through co-sell programs
- Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and report on partnership performance to leadership
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel management, ideally in B2B enterprise software or data/infrastructure software
- Strong track record managing relationships with consulting firms (Big 4 or similar) and/or technology partners
- Comfortable navigating commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable learning Validio's product and integrations well enough to scope technical partnerships independently, and to know when something genuinely needs Product vs. when it doesn't
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to align internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) and external partner teams
- Self-starter who can manage multiple partner threads simultaneously without heavy oversight
Nice to have
- Experience from fast-growing startups, where you wore several hats and liked it
- Existing relationships within the Nordic financial services or enterprise consulting ecosystem
- Familiarity with data teams, data infrastructure, or the data quality space
Why Validio
Founded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, and Truecaller. Data quality is becoming the foundation everything else — analytics, AI, agents — is built on, and we're defining that category. You'll write the story of that category while it's still being decided.
Come as you are. We hire for what you'll build with us, and we welcome applicants of every background.
