To support our growth in the Spanish region, we are looking for someone who can build strong partnerships, develop sustainable networks, and unlock new business opportunities together with agencies, affiliates, and technology partners. Your Impact As a Partner Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem across the Spanish region. You will develop long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and directly contribute to Trusted Shops’ market expansion and revenue growth. Your Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, affiliates, and other e-commerce stakeholders across Spain. Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand our partner network. Engage and activate existing partners, create joint success plans, and improve their performance. Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth. Analyze partner and campaign performance and derive data-driven optimization measures. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared growth objectives. Represent Trusted Shops at industry events and within the wider e-commerce ecosystem. Your Profile 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, ideally within the Spanish market and with an established agency network. Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry. Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage. Strong commercial acumen, including experience in partner activation, upselling, and indirect sales channels, with exposure to performance marketing and agency-led lead generation. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Fluent Spanish (C2) and good English skills (B2).
