About Product: Finteqhub А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform. Learn more Purpose of the role: You’ll improve payment performance and transaction success rates by turning data into actionable optimisation strategies. Your work will help Finteqhub identify and resolve payment issues, optimise transaction routing, and deliver more reliable and efficient payment processing for clients. Key responsibilities: Monitor payment performance metrics and KPIs to identify unusual patterns, emerging issues, and optimisation opportunities Analyse transaction data and payment trends, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to payment performance and revenue Investigate payment and integration issues using API requests, logs, Postman, browser developer tools, and monitoring systems Support payment configuration and transaction routing optimisation based on performance data and business needs Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product development, and client requests Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to technical and business stakeholders Required Experience: Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher, with the ability to communicate insights clearly through presentations and written reports Strong SQL skills, including query optimisation and database performance tuning Understanding of HTTP, APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, and web technologies, with hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools and browser developer tools Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, preferably Tableau.
