We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world The Payroll Analyst is a key member of the global payroll team, providing support in the end-to-end running of payrolls and taking ownership of key foundational tasks. Responsibilities - Payroll Analyst Working with payroll vendors to deliver accurate, end-to-end payroll processing across designated UK, EMEA, and APAC payrolls. Take ownership of specific payroll tasks and processes, including: Produce routine payroll updates for managers Manage relationships with payroll vendors (e.g. ADP, Deel, Xero), acting as the key point of contact for issue resolution and process alignment. Manage / clear general queries in the payroll inbox Support quarterly and annual payroll audits globally. Assist with global year-end activities. Administer benefits and deductions processes. Work with the team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with the HR team to manage employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, compensation changes), ensuring payroll inputs are accurate and compliant with company policy and local legislation Act as a key link between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations Providing support on ad hoc payroll initiatives to improve payroll processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
