Employment: Full-time Experience level: Associate Job Description YOUR MISSION Glovo is looking for a world-class People Generalist to join our team in Barcelona, for the scope of Operations supporting a team of riders around Spain. The People department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, organizing and creating effective and efficient processes, following sick leaves, amongst many others. THE JOURNEY Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding People related policies, processes and procedures.  Provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences. Follow up absenteeism KPIS, sick leaves and accidents. Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information  Manage your population in scope in all People systems Collect and maintain day to day information from employees: sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc Accompany the labor team in performance process Manage new project related to continues improving our department Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, Business or similar 1-3 years of experience in HR Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management Analytics Skills (G-Sheet Mid-Advanced) Thrive in ambiguity Organized, proactive, and creative Customer service oriented - you love to solve complex doubts Great communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English Individuals representing diverse profiles,  and abilities,  encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
