Platform Engineer (DevOps, Quality & Reliability)

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description We are supporting a leader company in locomotive leasing and maintenance, and it is building a dedicated Digital, Data & AI engineering team in Warsaw . You will join the founding team through Talan. You will work hands-on inside client's product teams, backlogs and repositories, in close collaboration with the Product, Architecture, Integration, Data and Cyber teams in France. Mission: Set up the engineering foundations: development harnesses, environments, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, release controls, AI-assisted engineering controls and production reliability. Responsibilities Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and release and rollback procedures. Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls (secrets, identity, access). Set up automated test frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates. Run logging, monitoring and observability, and support incident response. Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development. Qualifications Must have 6+ years in DevOps, platform or SRE engineering. CI/CD, IaC, automated testing and observability in production environments. Cloud platform operations and security controls. Fluent English (C1) Preferred:  Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry, Redis, PostgreSQL, LLM evaluation and guardrails.
