PMO Budget

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description The team supports senior leadership on operational, financial, and organizational topics, ensuring efficient budget management, reporting, process improvement, and business support. Key Responsibilities Support managers and stakeholders on day-to-day operational and financial activities. Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance. Perform monthly financial controls, including accruals, prepayments, and KPI analysis. Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and trend analysis. Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams. Support onboarding activities and administrative processes. Help define, improve, and implement operational processes. Monitor workforce and headcount budgets. Assist in budget planning and resource management activities. Provide support to leadership and management teams on transversal projects and initiatives.   Qualifications At least 2 years in budget management                                     Accounting and financial knowledge                                           Excel / Powerpoint                                    Reporting                                        English – Fluent in English French - Practice                            Additional Information Availability to travel within Portugal when required. Availability for occasional international travel. Experience in multicultural and international environments is considered a plus.
