About The Role As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product experience in the OLX Lebanon application and website and help the business win the market. You will collaborate closely with technical, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work in a high-paced environment that is professional, international and entrepreneurial. You will be responsible for the full product development cycle, including strategy, roadmap, specification, design, execution and analysis. Define and build new experiences across the OLX Lebanon app and web platforms that address buyer and seller needs while driving business impact. Own and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with company strategy and growth objectives. Conduct user research and market analysis to uncover user pain points, opportunities, and competitive trends in the Lebanese market. Translate insights into clear requirements and user stories, and manage the product backlog. Use data to inform decisions on user growth, engagement, and monetization. Design and run A/B tests to accelerate growth on both the buyer and seller sides. Track funnel and product metrics, monitor launched features, and feed insights back into the development cycle. Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support) from ideation to timely, high-quality delivery, encouraging bold and creative thinking. Contribute to trust and safety initiatives that improve listing quality and protect users from fraud. Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certification. 3+ years of product management experience. Preferably mobile-focused. Experience in writing product specifications is a must. Work experience in high-performance environments is a plus. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as UX/UI, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance and Marketing. Know how to take ideas, define products and ship features. Ability to explain business and technical requirements to all members of a team Proven analytical skills and metrics-driven decision-making. Ability to communicate analysis to stakeholders. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. User-centric approach with passion for creating fun and compelling user experiences. Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy. Enthusiastic, performance-driven, self-starter and team player.
