Strong understanding of demand, project, portfolio, resource, and financial management, including capacity planning and investment prioritization.
Technical expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, workflows, data models, access controls, and integrations; and/or experience delivering solutions within complex telecommunications IT environments.

Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, PMO stakeholders, developers, and operational teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
Ability to assess business value, delivery effort, technical dependencies, and platform maintainability when prioritizing work.
The responsibilities you’ll own

Own backlog refinement and prioritization across business enhancements, integration requirements, technical debt, and operational improvements.
Translate PMO and user needs into clear requirements for demand intake, assessment, project planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking.

Define cross-system process requirements connecting portfolio planning with telecommunications delivery and field execution.
Guide acceptance testing and validate delivered functionality against agreed business outcomes and acceptance criteria.
Establish reporting requirements and product success measures covering adoption, data quality, portfolio performance, and delivery efficiency.
