Product Owner / Project Manager (French and English Speaker)

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and management of innovative tools for the banking system and drive projects related to company culture evolution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and project management expertise, with a good understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.   Your Responsibilities: Product Ownership Define the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap for innovative tools in collaboration with stakeholders. Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team. Work closely with business, engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI to inform product development. Project Management Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company culture evolution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives. Regularly report on project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).   Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field. Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics. Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar). Experience in the banking or fintech industry. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum framework.
