Job Description
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and legal requirements, while contributing to their implementation across business processes and products.
Responsibilities
Promote cybersecurity and compliance awareness across the organization by supporting training and awareness initiatives.
Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, certifications, and regulations by: Identifying and documenting compliance gaps.
Assisting in the definition and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
Participating in cybersecurity and compliance assessments.
Contributing to the design, implementation, auditing, and testing of compliance activities.
Support compliance-related activities by: Assisting teams in the interpretation and implementation of cybersecurity requirements.
Coordinating with technical teams and other stakeholders to monitor compliance requirements.
Supporting the preparation of documentation and evidence for audits and other compliance activities.
Key Activities
Conduct research and preliminary studies.
Identify and document compliance gaps.
Support the adaptation of organizational strategies, policies, and processes to ensure compliance.
Participate in assessment and audit activities.
Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and guidance.
Develop cybersecurity awareness and training content.
Qualifications
Professional experience in Cybersecurity , Product Security , Software Development , Compliance , or a related field.
General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Security principles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
