Project Coordinator

Employment: Full-time Experience: Associate Education: Unspecified Project Coordinator Position Summary The Project Coordinator will support the project team with project coordination, data tracking and analysis, reporting, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deadlines. Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, and reports. Analyze and organize project data using Microsoft Excel. Track action items and follow up with team members on outstanding items. Assist with project status reporting and updates. Schedule and participate in project meetings. Prepare meeting notes and track follow-up activities. Review data for accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies. Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders. Provide general support to the Project Manager and project team. Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, and filtering. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with project coordination, project support, or a similar role. Experience working with data and preparing reports. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
