Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Establish project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring collaboration and high performance. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals. Manage conflicts and resolve issues within the team or with external stakeholders. Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira). Knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
