Role Description
You'll own new business and expansion across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain Range States. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Sales. You'll build the territory from the ground up with support from Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and our cloud and data platform partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and run territory and account plans across the region's largest enterprises
Generate pipeline and keep 3 to 4x coverage through prospecting, events, and partner co-selling
Run complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a qualification framework like MEDDPICC: develop champions, get to economic buyers, and spot deal risk early
Sell to SOC leaders, detection engineers, CISOs, and data and platform leaders, connecting Anvilogic to their SIEM cost, data lake, and SOC automation priorities
Co-sell with partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, and the cloud providers
Meet customers in person every week and travel within the territory as needed
Forecast accurately each week and quarter, and meet or beat your number
Turn early customers into references who help build the business in the region
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years of enterprise software sales, including SOC or security software (required)
A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with Fortune 1000 companies
Relationships with security and data leaders in the Pacific Northwest
Fluency in today's SOC conversations: SIEM costs, security data lakes, detection engineering, and AI in the SOC
A disciplined sales process and accurate forecasting
Startup experience: you're comfortable building without a playbook handed to you
Coachable, humble, driven, and a positive part of the team culture
Comfort using AI tools to research, prospect, and prepare
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 90 days you'll have a territory plan, active pipeline across your top target accounts, and working relationships with our partners in the region. By 12 months you'll have closed new logos and built a referenceable customer base in the Pacific Northwest.
