Regional Sales Manager - West

Employment: Full-time Job Description What you’ll be doing Drive business development and revenue growth by identifying and converting sales opportunities across industries such as BFSI and Telecom. Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention. Leverage product and solution expertise to deliver customized proposals and commercial solutions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance product positioning and market penetration. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Lead teams through coaching, performance management, and timely project execution to achieve business objectives   Qualifications What We’re Looking For You have about 10-15 years or more years of experience in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment You have exposure to BFSI domain and have solid B2B experience Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective Exceptionally good leadership skills having ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a unified direction along with the business’s senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
