We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This will allow us to offer a unique blend of evidence-based ABA and experiential, nature-based learning. Future Equine Therapy Our clinic will feature a working garden, a cozy kitchen space, and outdoor activities like picnic-style lunches. These experiences are designed to feel familiar and comforting, while also building independence and real-world skills. Future Clinic-Based Therapy At its core, our Weatherford clinic will be a place where children feel safe, families feel supported, and learning happens naturally—through connection, experience, and a setting that truly feels like home. About the ClinicAbout the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications - Current RBT Certification (required) - Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) - Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred) - A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) What We Offer - Competitive pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour - Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees) - Consistent daytime schedule (Monday–Friday) - Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization - Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs - Company-provided iPad Background Check All candidates must pass a background check.
