About the Role We're looking for a Renewals Manager to support CaptivateIQ's Velocity (scaled) segment by owning the majority of our renewal transactions in aligned to this scaled SMB/MM segment. This is a high-volume, commercially minded post-sales role focused on retention, value justification, renewal execution, and proactive risk management. You will manage a large portfolio of upcoming renewals, engage customers with the right level of urgency and value framing, and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, Professional Services and Support to drive timely outcomes. This role is built for someone who thrives in scaled, repeatable motions: prioritizing well, running a disciplined process, spotting churn risk early, articulating value, and helping customers renew with confidence. If you enjoy blending customer communication, commercial execution, and operational rigor in a fast-moving SaaS environment, this role is for you.
