Employment: Full-time Experience level: Executive Job Description Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for business-critical applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, middleware, infrastructure, and production incidents. Ensure the smooth execution of application workflows, batch processes, and data transfers. Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability. Coordinate and support application releases and production deployments. Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash . Support and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments. Implement monitoring and proactively improve system performance and user experience. Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories. Participate in 24/7 support rotations , on-call activities, and Disaster Recovery exercises. Collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Software Engineering, or Production Support. Strong experience in production environments, preferably within Banking or Financial Services . Solid knowledge of: Linux (Red Hat) Ansible Docker Kubernetes Terraform PL/SQL Dynatrace Python and/or Bash scripting Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP). Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
