Employment: Full-time Experience level: Associate Job Description The Risk Operations Associate is an integral part of the Risk Operations Team. We are seeking a analytical Risk associate to join our team in a dynamic and fast paced industry. The Risk associate will be responsible will play a critical role in supporting fraud prevention efforts, assisting in investigations, and ensuring compliance with fraud prevention protocols. You Will: Assist in monitoring player accounts, transactions, and activities to identify potential fraud risks and anomalies. Utilize data analysis techniques to review and interpret gaming data for patterns or irregularities indicative of fraudulent behavior. Maintain accurate and organized records of fraud prevention activities, investigations, and outcomes. Support fraud investigations by gathering relevant information, assisting in evidence collection, and documenting findings. Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve fraud cases promptly. Manage Risk hotline, ad-hoc tasks and ability to work under minimum supervision. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on fraud prevention activities. Ensure that all fraud prevention efforts align with data protection regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines. Handle sensitive player information with confidentiality. Stay informed about emerging fraud trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance fraud prevention strategies. Qualifications You Have: Experience of working in risk mitigation function preferably in an online business Strong written in verbal and written communication Experience in handling customer queries through different mediums. Knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC, and anti-money laundering Collaborate and work with cross functional teams across different locations.
