To strengthen our CRM Consulting Team, we are looking for several Senior Consultants (m/f/d) with strong conceptual skills and proven implementation experience, specializing in at least one of the following CRM areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud . Expectations and Tasks: Provide solution-oriented process and technology consulting for large industrial enterprises Deliver Salesforce CRM projects as a Project Lead and/or Consultant Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for our clients regarding the Salesforce Customer Success Platform Support presales activities and contribute to the development and expansion of long-term customer relationships Qualifications and Skills: University degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics Several years of experience in the delivery and management of CRM projects Broad CRM expertise as well as cross-functional integration knowledge in the areas of ERP, SaaS, and Cloud solutions is desirable Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing structured business solutions within industrial enterprises Willingness to travel Excellent English language skills; additional language skills in German are an advantage
