Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers. Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption. Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations. Excellent communication skills in  English and Good level of French. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Experience working in agile environments is a plus. Additional Information Job Location and Residency Requirements: This position is based in Portugal. Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
