Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community Identify and eliminate team impediments Coordinate timelines and deliverables Support teams in implementing changes effectively Foster a positive and productive team spirit Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement Qualifications Profile:  Proven experience as a Scrum Master Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience working with Scrum teams Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation Fluent in English (C1) Additional Information ( Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in  LISBON  per week)   Are you the one?!
