Semiconductor Assembly Technician 1

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Entry Level Job Description Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for an Assembly Technician.   In this position, the successful candidate will perform specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions in the production of semiconductor devices. Operates various equipment in performing functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack. Reads, collects and records data.  Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment, including wearing clean room garments.  Candidates with previous manufacturing experience that required multi-tasking is a plus.  Work hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday.   Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled articles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access. This includes individuals who are: A U.S. citizen or U.S. national; A lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); or A protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).   Additional Information This position is 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL.
