Senior Change Manager

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Mid-Senior Level Job Description Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process governance and change coordination?  Inetum  is looking for a  Senior Change Manager  to oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape. 🧩 Your Mission: As a Change Manager, you will: ✅ Lead the  Change Management process , from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards ✅ Assess  risks and impacts  of proposed changes on production services, users, and processes ✅ Ensure  quality and completeness  of deliverables for each change ✅ Coordinate  CAB and E-CAB meetings , acting as a mediator when needed ✅ Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment ✅ Monitor post-deployment success and conduct  Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) Qualifications  Your Skills: ✅ Strong experience in  Change Management  and  ITIL-based processes ✅ Solid understanding of  IT systems  and ability to interpret technical language ✅ Ability to write clear and concise documentation ✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills with  multidisciplinary teams ✅ Working knowledge of  SQL  and ability to read/debug  Java 8+  code (a plus) ✅ Fluent in  French (C1+)  and proficient in  English (B2+) 🕒 Working Hours: Standard hours:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Availability during lunch hours for urgent changes (flexible lunch schedule) Company Description Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
